The itineary is highly flexible as it will be planned entirely according to guests own preferences and ideas. At IntoBlue we have plenty of ideas, but end of the day, the guests can design this trip entirely as they may wish, implying also that the location can be different if requested.
It can combine elements of all other trips (fishing, lobster diving, oyster trip – if in season), but can also be a trip with stop-over’s at a number of islands and bays around Limfjorden, Kodak-moments along the most beautiful coastline stretches, and making occasional stops for a refreshing swim in-between…
A day could look like below example (with offset in departure in Løgstør in this example, and some of below activities most suitable for summer season):
9AM Greetings at agreed meeting venue & brief walk-thru of Program of the Day.
9.10 AM Safety Protocol alignment
9.15 AM Boarding of people & gear into the boat
9.30 AM Checking out seal colony at Livø up-close
10.15 AM Jumping off boat at North side of island Fur to search for fossils
11.00 AM Sandwiches at boat or on the beach
11.45 AM Snorkelling next to Feggeklit for a closer look at the local and special marine life and chalk cracks below the surface in the shallow waters (1-4m)
13 PM Scenic boat ride along the coast towards majestic Hanklit on the NW side of Mors
13.30 PM Photo-session at Hanklit from water-side
14.15 PM Drop the anchor at Rovvig or Dragstrup Vig for a swim & relaxation.
15.30 PM Serving of a warm & freshly made meal.
16.30 PM Starting trip towards point of departure.
16.50 PM Quick stop to collect oysters in knee-deep waters to bring Home.
17.45 PM Back at Point of Departure, Getting off boat & Goodbye
Bring your own snorkeling gear & towels if interested in taking a dip on the way.
If you wish to try your luck after fish or lobster on the trip, please be aware that Danish Fishing License is mandatory when older than 17 years and not served right for pension yet. If you experience any trouble applying for one (can be done online “with a couple of clicks” here), we’ll be happy to assist.
You can borrow fishing gear free of charge as long as advised in advance of the trip.
Please make sure to be ready at meeting venue a little bit prior to agreed meeting time to allow for timely departure.
No age requirements, but dependent on your preference for “trip-building”, please have modest ambitions for covering very long distances if small kids are part of the trip. Even if the (RIB) boat is very seaworthy, the sailing can be a bumpy ride espcially when travelling at high speed which can be tirering at the end of the day.
We will return at the earliest with an answer.
